Zayco, The Arcane Artist

Lore: Zayco came from a long line of the greatest mages in Arkaan, The Sorcerer Capital. As his brothers enchanted their swords, and his sisters practice divination, he would sit in his room quietly working on his next masterpiece. And when the war came around he still sat working, not leaving his room even to eat. But when the people of the city were starving and sick it was he who brought life to the city.He sat chanting ancient words bringing his art to life. He would bring forth bounties of food and drink, and created soldiers to fight when the injured could not. And then the antisocial Zayco became the gretest hero Arkaan had ever known.

Roles : Support, Disabler, Pusher, Jungler
Starting Damage: 49
Starting HP: 555
Starting Mana: 235
Starting Armor: 2
Start Movespeed: 300
Str Gain: +1.25
Agi Gain: +2.05
Int Gain: +2.10

Lore:

Skills:

1. Drench (Active)
Covers an area in paint causing enemies who step on it to be slowed. The longer they are on it the more they are slowed.
Range: 400
Duration: 10 seconds
Slow per Second: 3%/5%/7%/9%
Radius: 200/250/300/400
Mana Cost: 150/200/250/300
Cooldown: 10/9/8/6

2. Splotch (Passive)
Zayco's attacks mark an enemy with bright paint, giving true sight and does extra damage to invisible units. Does not stack or refresh.
True Sight Duration: 2/3/4/5
Extra Damage: 10/15/20/30

3. Camouflage
Zayco paints himself all over, making himself invisible as long as he stands still. Grants magic immunity while hidden.

4. Inspiration (Toggle)
Zayco finds inspiration and conceives glorious beasts in his mind. Passively grants 2/4/6/8 intelligence. Leveling up Inspiration improves your summoned beasts.

Ultimate. Masterpiece (active)
Zayco paints a beast and brings it to life. The beast given life depends on which beast is selected in Inspiration. Can be leveled at 3/10/17
Mana Cost: 150/125/100/50
Cooldown: 5

Beasts level up based on level of Inspiration

Beast A: Salamander (Ranged)

Damage: 35/40/45/50
HP: 225/250/275/300
Salamander Aura (Passive)
Burns enemies in a 250 radius
Damage per second: 10/15/20/30

Beast B: Hedgehog (Melee)

Damage:25/30/35/40
HP:275/300/325/400
Spikes (Passive)
10/15/20/25% of damage taken is returned to the attacker

Beast C: Mole (Melee)

Damage:20/25/30/35
HP: 250/275/300/350
Burrower (Passive)
Does 200/300/400/500% damage to buildings

This hero idea is pretty good and unique but there are few problems.
-How long is the duration for drench?
-why can his ult be leveled 4 times?

As ElDiablo poited out, there is alot of missing information. Having inspiration olny affects his ult is also kind of strange. And what is the point of putting 4 points in insparation if you an only make 3 Units.

I think you should fill in all the missing information ASAP, so your hero can be judged fairly on it's concept.
