The village of Kara'ham is know for the unique people who live there. Their souls are a lot stronger than normal people's.
The soul of Kara'hamian is so strong that it can potenttialy kill him, so just think what it will do to a normal human.
To prevent that, their souls are sealed in the age of 2, so they won't accidentally harm anyone.
Fa'rall was just a normal kid that got his soul sealed, but soon it got discovered that he can weaken and even remove the seal temporarily.
It was a big risk for everyone so he wasn't allowed to meet other kids. When he was old enough he got thrown out of the village.
He then started his own journey around the world. He learnt to weaken and release the seal whenever he wanted to do so.
One day he heard that there was a war between the 2 main factoions and choose to join the forces of Dire.

This seems like a great idea overall, but I would like to point out some things...

Q does 145 self damage at level 1, for a 75 damage nuke and small damage reduction. carpared to Phoenix's primary nuke, Fire spirits, it is 115 self damage for a 160 damage nuke and a staggering 80 attack speed slow. the scalling is not very good in comparison either with phoenix doing 160/480/800/1,120 damage for the 20% of the maximum health he spends, as well as an insane 140 attack speed reduction for a potential 16 seconds. at max level, you do a decent 300 damage nuke, but for 20% af your current HP unless you are already really close to dying, you will take at least 100 damage. and while the 35% damage reduction is nice too, compared to tidehunters stable 60% damage reduction at all levels in an AOE, is very meager. And the worst thing about it is, this is in melee range, so just to cast it you do a large chunk of damage to yourself to do a decent single target nuke.

Now for the W. It is decent, a single target dispersion that reflects Pure damage. It has potential if you are tankey enough to use it. the reflect % is a bit low though even if it reflects pure damage, and compared to specters dispersion it is only up for about 1/4 of the time, and blocks for about half as much, all on top of a 5% health on activation.

Fa'ralls E would have the potential to save this hero if it were more spammable. While it deals a good amount of damage, a decent attack slow, and a pretty good burst heal, the 40 second cooldown makes it impractical to use effectivley. If you let me compare it to the Bane elemental's brain sap, whike this skill does a bit more damage and a percentage based heal it's coodown is 3 times longer. The damage is really the smae since enery steal is magical while brain sap is pure.

The most balanced skill I can find is his ult. It is very decently powered for it's cooldown, makes me think of lesherac ult with a little more kick to it. It has the power to make him a primary target in teamfights, but with it draining MAX hp per second i feel like this skill will damage him more then his enemies in the late-midgame and lategame.

Overall, I would not worry about an overpowerd hero, but an underpowered one.

But don't worry about all this if you don't want to. It is a good idea and has the potential to be a great hero.

It's nice to hear your opinion an i will take an advice from that. In the end i didn't want to make too OP hero so i may have accidentally created a underpowerd one. I'll edit it tomorow.
