Just a quick thing I thought of, so excuse the lack of voice responses and such.

The Maurauder, Venas


Radiant Strength
Base Strength: 23(2.9)
Base Agility: 20(1.8)
Base Intelligence: 19(1.9)

Base Damage: 59
Movespeed: 300
Attack type: Melee

Lore


How long has it been since he lost his name? The near destroyed vestiges of his mind no longer knew.

Dimly he recalled riding to battle, second in command to the general of the claddish land force, riding in to battle with armour and banners. He remembered a battle: fear as his general was removed from his saddle by pale, lifeless hands. He remembered his friends and allies being thrown into the pit of a dead god, until it was his turn. In the darkness below, time left them. Thought left them. Sanity left them. Hunger, however, did not. They each sensed he was not yet one of them, and turned on him with tooth and nail in a futile attempt to satiate their unending hunger. Then it came: distant at first, a strong note at the centre of his perception. This singular note obliterated the many others that were slowly consuming his mind. The walking corpses of his brothers snarled and retreated at the harmonic sound in Venas' mind.

He was not meant to die here. The enemy of the great dirge, Egrid, had seen the young knight's strong will and determination, not willing to let such a rare mortal go to waste. So he was given a new purpose, a new mission. He was to travel as far as he was able, wiping out the Dirge wherever it reared its ugly heads.

He was Venas. He was the maurauder of light. He was the death...Of the Undead.

Skills



Q: Strong of will (Passive)

Venas' mind is far too strong for enemy magics and
techniques to penetrate, thus reducing the effectiveness of slows
and stuns.


Slow weaken(%): 30%/33%/36%/39%
Stun duration decrease: 0.45

"I refuse to fall to such trickery!"

W: For the light! (Click ground)

The Maurauder Charges forward with his shield,
stunning, silencing and damaging all who he hits.


Speed(Units per second): 450
Disruption: 1.3
Silence: 2/2.5/3/3.5
Damage: 125/175/225/275
Cooldown: 16
Mana cost: 100/95/90/85

"I, like light, am unstoppable."

E: Light's blessing. (Passive/Active

During daytime, Venas' shield is passively charged
with solar energy, granting him a static armour bonus. When
activated, Venas gains extra health as well as armour. This
has no mana cost.


Daytime armour bonus: 6/12/18/24
Active hp bonus: 200/300/400/500
Active duration: 5/6/7/8
Cooldown: 22

"Just you try it."

R: My body as a shield! (Active, target ally)

Venas targets an ally and grants him a status buff. This buff
makes it so that all damage done to the target is instead reflected to
Venas for the duration. Every attack reflected to Venas during
this time reduces the armour of the attacking enemy.


Duration: 6/7/8
Enemy armour loss on hit: 0.5/1/1.5/2
Cooldown: 140/120/100
Mana cost: 180/160/140

I like the idea, especially the ultimate seems really cool. But not sure about the stun reduction on the passive. I mean, most stuns don't last more that two seconds other that a couple, like sacred arrow, adaptive strike, etc. but for example, kunkkas ghost ship would not stun you at all if you maxed the q first linas light strike array, would stun for .3 seconds at max level. Also at level 1 it's very strong, vengeful spirits stun would change from 1.45 to .45, which is almost a ministun. Also a great example of this is earthshakers fissure, which would do absolutely nothing at lvl 1. Anyway, I like the idea, but I just feel that (almost) permanent stun resistance is a bit OP.

Interesting concept... Maybe reduce the armor reduction a bit on the ult. That thing would really f up Alchemist. What exactly does "Disrupting" mean on the w? And would stuff like Headshot still stop tps through his passive?

For The Light! deals 240 damage, silences for 2 seconds and interrupts channelling with a 1 second pseudo-stun, all of this at level 1. Better balance this one :P.

Light's Blessing gives too many bonuses for a passive... 500 health is nothing to be scoffed at. If activating the skill gives 500 health, it can still be balanced, but 500 health as a passive is really outrageous.

Lol, no. I assure you, my hero is not gonna be that complex or groundbreaking. It's just that I'm taking my sweet time with it (I mean, it's 2 weeks anyway :p). Of course, I CAN spot more about this hero if you wish for it, the question is... do you want it?
