Is every courier suitable for ethereal gems?

I want to put ethereal gem into my Scribbins the Scarab, but I'm not sure if every courier can get these particle effects, cause I can't find any screens on google with gemmed Scribbins.

I'd imagine all couriers are suitable for the gem, I looked on the wiki at the Ethereal Gems and at Scribbins the Scarab, it doesn't say anywhere that it isn't suitable, so I'd imagine it is. But I don't know really. I imagine you can remove the gem if it doesn't work?

Oh are you planning on buying a gem? I just had a look at the market and there's one selling for 93 pounds (wtf!?) If you do decide to socket one and it doesn't work I can give you a master artificers hammer so you can take it out again :)

I just found out that I need special item to put this gem into courier and I don't know how to get it :D

What is it called? You can probably buy it off the marketplace like most other things.

I have really no idea how to get it, not a single 1 on market :f

EDIT. Ok you can't make sockets in couriers.

That item actually gives it 2 sockets, one for prismatic and one of ethereal. You have to find one of those crafting scrolls for it in an Ancient Scroll Case.
