hallo there..i have a question about viper..i am really into this hero lately cause its really easy to carry a game with him in my mmr(2500).i usually built him with yasha which i make manta butterfly hot etc but now i see people in pro games and generally rushing mek and then agha..i would like to ask you whats your opinion about this build..is it effective?with this built viper is a carry orianteted towards very late game or is like an utility hero..i look forward for your opinion
ps sorry if i made any mistakes my english is bit rusty

I usually go treads, Mek, then Aghs. Yasha, if chosen at all, is usually situational for me and will later go into a butterfly.
this built though is effective?cause in my opinion by the time we have mek and aghs u could have manta and shadow blade and the later two items seem more effective to me...i want to know what can offer if i build mek and aghs..cause imo viper needs to have and escape mekanism(shadow blade) and some domage (lets say manta) and then with his slows he is really dangarous..and it doesnt seem like mek and agha have much to offer...

The build I suggest is the most generally helpful. Manta and shadow have more to offer but only situationally. Aghs and meks are a better all around skeleton build to be fleshed out by items you mention.

Viper is a hero that wants to fight in the mid-game, where he peaks off quite early. Therefore, you buy mek to give the awesome heal to allies in early fights and Aghanim's lets him use his ultimate on multiple enemies in a fight to deal massive damage and let teammates catch up. Most of his damage comes from nethertoxin and his ultimate, so he pretty much needs little damage items to function well in the mid-game. He may seem like a strong carry, but he doesn't really have abilities that scale, though he can snowball really hard thanks to his kill potential in lane and in teamfights
EDIT:
I still think shadow blade is pretty good. You can use it to set up unexpected ganks early on.

Viper doesnt need an escape at all becouse he is tanky, its the same bad logic as building a shadow blade on tidehunte. and shadow blade is not an escape item. It is commonly regarded as a bad build.
He gets tanky with corrosive skin and that is why you should get a mekanism becouse it makes you REALLY tanky.
You could get damage items on him, but then why did you pick viper? He doesnt benefit from that much from damage compared to harder carries that farm faster.
Besides that yasha is more of a farming item and manta an item for heroes with good stats, and neither attributes are vipers best.

Shadow blade makes initiating easier in the lower skill brackets, where nobody buys detection, so I think it is fine in his case. It's not about escaping, Viper can just friggin' man up on whoever he wants. Even in medium skill brackets, I've seen a shadow blade viper kick ***.
EDIT:
Combine this with Aghanim's-upgraded ultimate and mek and you're basically a powerful and Tanky initiator.
He kinda said that he picked Viper because it is good in his skill bracket (which is quite true, he's a noobstomper).
Once you go mek+agh you'll never go back to shadowblade, but i think most depend on your teammates/opponent, if they're not good shadowblade can be of some use, but if you find decent opponents and teammates defenetly mek+agh, as shadowblade won't be that effective and the whoole team will benefit a lot from oyu while you soak the enemy damage and slow them to their death with corrosive skin!XD
