I'm about to board a plane. I can put how much damage he will deal at levels 6, 11, and 16 but I won't be able to edit the original post until much later.
This is how much damage he will deal assuming no stat-boosting items were bought (just base damage. He will do much more with items).

Level 6: 65-73

Level 11: 81-89

Level 16: 122-130

Level 25: 156-164

Remember, this is base damage. Meaning that any item might improve this number. That's why I don't want to make swiftrunner Mage too dependent on his active abilities. Imagine if he picks up a Divine? That's 360 right-click damage. The Swiftrunner Mage needs to be about strategic placement of right-clicks, not just going invis and escaping. Besides, of the other team is smart they'll Dust of Appearance every time.

The notes for Increment now include how much damage you will get per level from Strength and Intelligence.
