Lore:
During the ancients' imprisonment, Vozhkava emerged from the abyss with his army, sensing that the time was right to bring his plans to fruition. Though he was a logical, calculated being, he transforms into a voracious beast on the battlefield, terrorising both inexperienced soldiers and veterans alike. Many battles were won and lands conquered. He lead the charge against the Legion of Light, forever eradicating the renowned immortal army. But he was at the height of his power when he had resigned. With each skirmish or war, his spirit of battle waned, until one day, he completely abandoned his plans for conquest and retired to the abyss. To replace him was his younger brother, Vozhkavi. Though rash and inexperienced, he was suitable for the role and second only to Vozhkava. On earning his new title, Vozhkavi immediately prepared to embark on a new journey for conquest. Vozhkava warned his brother of the apparent danger of war, and argued for him to stay to complete his training. After intense debate, Vozhkavi dismissed himself from the former general's presence, impatiently riding his demonic steed into battle.
Triumph after triumph, victory after victory, Vozhkavi's ego grew ever bigger. Marching smugly pass the walls of Stonehall, he was struck down by the blade of his opponent. His overconfidence had cost him his life.
When word of this tragedy got to Vozhkava, it stirred the inner warrior in him, and his spirit of battle awakened once more. Following in his own past footsteps, he resumed his duty in the legion with revenge on his mind, seeking to destroy the one who killed his brother.

Q: Conquerer's Command
Type: No Target
Affects: Allies
The Demon General takes command and signals allies units to go toward the direction he faces. All allied units in the area that are facing that direction will gain a massive movement and attack speed buff, and also become immune to attack modifiers for a short duration.
- 500 radius
- +20/25/30/35% movement speed
- +50 attack speed
- 5 second duration
- 90 mana cost
- 20/18/16/14 second cooldown

No mortal dares question the general's orders.

Notes:

W: Death's Call
Type: Target-Point
Affects: Enemies
Damage: Magical
Hands emerge from the ground at the target area which stuns enemies after a delay, dealing periodic damage over the duration. Deals double damage to creeps.
- 550 cast range
- 0.5 second delay
- 300 radius
- 1/1.5/2/2.5 second stun
- 70/140/210/280 total damage over the duration
- 110/120/130/140 mana cost
- 20 second cooldown

Deaths hastened, soldiers awakened.

Notes:

E: Soul Conversion
Type: Passive
Creeps that the Demon General kills become Ghost Minions. Ghost Minions can be controlled and expire after a period of time.

Ghost Minion

Enemies slain in battle serve as the Demon General's expendable soldiers for the rest of their afterlife.

Notes:

R: Demonic Strength
Type: Toggle
Affects: Self
At the cost of health per second, the Dead General gives himself bonus strength and a chance to deal bonus damage in an area around the target. Ghost Minions close to him during this time will be invulnerable.
- 40 health per second
- 20/30/40 bonus strength
- 25% chance to deal 70/90/110 damage in a 200 radius
- 250 Ghost Minion invulnerability radius
- 6/5/4 second cooldown

Though the Demon General usually commands troops to do war, he possesses the power to destroy entire armies on his own.

Notes:

On Death:
"Re... treat..."
"Death of another demon..."

When casting Death's Grip:
"Gripping, isn't it?"
"Deaths hastened, soldiers awakened."

When meeting Legion Commander:
"I swear, when I get my hands on you!..."

When killing Legion Commander
"You destroyed my comrade... Now you suffer!"
"Vengeance for my brother!"
"A strong adversary, but none I can't handle."

When dying to Legion Commander:
"Brother... I've failed you."
"What a powerful warrior..."

It's finally complete! Without further ado, I present: The Demon General! With his high base damage, he can dominate the lane by spawning Ghost Minions to attack his enemies while last-hitting and denying, and this skill makes him an excellent pusher. Let's not forget that he also has a disable, a speed boost and an ultra-armlet. With Death's Grip, he can kill creeps faster to spawn more Ghost Minions for a push and disable enemy heroes that come his way. Conquerer's Command lets him lead the charge or sound a retreat with ease. Demonic Strength makes him very strong in 1v1 situations and in fights, making him extremely versatile, as a good general should be. I do think that he could be balanced a little more, what do you think?

Nice hero :D

So deaths call is similar to Lina's Light Strike Array in the sense that it stuns after a delay? I like it. How long does it last though, as I have no way of knowing how much damage per second it does.

Great idea!

Yes, it is essentially that but with a longer stun duration. Also, it deals damage over the stun period (1/1.5/2/2.5). I'll make that clear in the notes section.

Also, is there a limit to how many ghost minions you can summon at once?

No, but with only 190 health and 0 armor, they are really easy to kill with AoE spells. (Forgot to mention the 0 armor part :P)

The reason being that this hero has a built-in armlet in his ultimate that gives 20 strength at level 6.
