Spinnaker, the Last Talking Fish

Radiant Intelligence

Sploosh! A school of talking fish once lived in the rivers of Tenalparret, peacefully swimming and enjoying themselves. However, once the Mad Moon split close to their home, a group had set out to find out what happened themselves. Through a series of unfortunate events, the fish were not able to survive on land, and all of them died. Except for Spinnaker.

OK guys, hit me with it. I would like constructive criticism, but not too harsh (*cough Yzreel *cough)

I don't know man, this one is pretty hard. Here is one most obvious thing though, a river is much less than a third of the map, so I take it that this is USELESS in most part of the game. Seeing the high contrast of the weaknesses and strength (in or out of river), this hero is very unstable and is way situational (very low skill ceiling)

I would suggest changing one skill to a skill in which it makes him feel like he is inside a river for certain period of time (you can even make it inbound skill), and nerf all the rest of the skills. You can also probably change the ult so that instead of dealing damage, dolphin form is like Elder Dragon Form (only for few seconds, not limited by river) but change the global environment to river for as long as his ulti is under effect (still need to have minor skill like stated though)

Thanks, Yzreel. :)

Will do. Probably 'Flood' or something of the sort.

This hero can be an effective roamer if he has a skill that disables enemies and does not require being near the river to cast, why not replace his Conch Horn with something like that?

EDIT:
Also, Natural Habitat could make the river like a fountain for this hero, giving him a ton of health and mana regen in the river but only when out of combat. He then has an advantage: there would be no need to go back to base, just soak in the water for a while and restore all his health.

EDIT EDIT:
Tenalparret = Terraplanet backwards :D
