Looking for mentor on playing disablers affectively

I really enjoy playing lockdown classes like shadow shaman, bane, lion, etc. but my game is very inconsistent. So i'm looking for someone to teach me the ropes on the nuiances like positioning, timing, calling out, when to get items etc.

I don't have the time to offer to mentor you, but knowing when to stun is important. A lot of it is knowing your capabilities, your lane partner's capabilities, and your enemies capabilities. That can mean a bit more than simply reading their abilities, but actually knowing how well they can follow up with your disable, and what the enemy can do in response to your stun.
