The skies are filled with pollution, all coming from one being. Pulguog. The walking plague. When you get sick, Pulguog is there to harness your disease and spread it further. Such a power is one the Dire couldn't pass up. And so, disease spreads among the battlegrounds.

Pulguog, the Walking Plague. (Dire Hero)

Attributes,
Health: 510
Mana: 241
Strength: 26 (Primary Attribute)
Agillity: 18
Intelligence: 17
Movement Speed: 300
Armour: 2

(Target Enemy)
Infect,
Infects the target enemy with a plague. Dealing small initial damage and moderate damage over time. Enemies around the infected target will also be infected, recieving half damage. Any targets previously infected are immune for 30 seconds.
Initial damage: 25/30/40/45
Damage over time: 20/25/30/35
Duration 5/7/9/10
Mana: 100/120/130/140 Cooldown: 7/6/5/4

(Target Point) (AoE)
Corrode,
The selected area becomes coated with a vile poison, reducing armour of enemies in the vicinity, and dealing damage over time. There is also a small chance to infect.
Radius: 250/300/325/375
Armour reduced: 3/5/6/7
Damage over time: 10/20/30/35
Duration: 4/5/7/8
Chance to infect targets: 8%/9%/10%/13%
Mana: 70/80/90/100 Cooldown: 12/11/10/9

(Self) (AoE)
Locust Swarm,
Surrounds Pulguog with a large locust swarm which damages and has a chance to stun enemies who come too close.
Radius: 200
Damage per second: 50/60/70/80
Stun chance: 15/20%/25%/30%
Mana: 70/80/90/100 Cooldown: 10/9/8/6

(Global)
Epidemic,
Globally pollutes the world with a terrifying epidemic, making all enemy creeps combust and infect in a 200 AoE around them. Also hits all enemy heroes with heavy damage, infecting them. Decreases vision for all ally and enemy heroes.
Creep combustion damage: 30/40/50/60 (per creep) (scepter 80)
Hero damage: 300/350/400 (scepter 500)
Vision decrease: 200 (duration 15)
Global infect damage (per second): 35/45/55 (scepter 60)
Mana: 250/300/350 Cooldown: 90/85/80

Hm. That ultimate is a bit confusing for a number of reasons.

First, the mana cost. For a strength hero, that's literally all his mana. Gone. Unless you invested in mana items.

Second, think of your teammates! If you have a really good push going on, this ulti will ruin it all. I can imagine a lot of trolls playing this hero and just screwing his team over with it.

Third, if the enemy isn't near creeps, it's...Underwhelming, especially if you used that amount of mana to do it. Hell, at level 6 you probably won't have enough mana to use the ulti

Other than that, I love the hero concept. A good job, as always.
