9950 gold? That's actually a lot more expensive than the most expensive item in the game...
Anyhow, 50% evasion is a bit, OP. 35 agility means 5 armour, and then 50% evasion means that auto-attacks aren't going to do anything! IMO it's a bit too OP. I think you should lower the evasion rate.

It's expensive BECAUSE it's Op. If you're allowing an enemy to GET this amount of gold in one go, you're doing something wrong :P.d

I may or may not change the price later, but I will do something about the evasion rate.

However, remember that the parts are relatively cheap. The most expensive is the Eaglesong, which is 3300. The price is not in one go.
