Lore:
The prophet was once a normal woman living on a peaceful world in some far corner of the universe. Then, one day, the Elder Horrors came, and in the blink of an eye their world was no more. But in their infinite and terrible mercy, the Elder Horrors spared one woman and brought her into their ranks. Destroyed and remade in their aberrant image, the Prophet now travels the stars proclaiming the coming of the Elder Horrors to those who will hear her whispers in their nightmares.

Abilities
: Prophet's abilities are slightly different in that her ultimate ability can only be taken at level 25; to make up for this, her other three abilities can be leveled five times instead of the traditional four.

Q - Word of Madness (Active)
Prophet speaks into the mind of a target unit and destroys its free will. The target unit goes berserk for 1/1.5/2/2.5/3 seconds. While berserk, it moves towards and attacks the nearest available and visible hero and is muted (does not disable passives). In addition, it receives +/10/20/30/40/50 bonus attack speed and damage and gains 25% reduction from all damage sources (applied after armor, magic resistance, etc). If no hero is within sight, it attacks the nearest creep instead, and if no creep is visible it targets the nearest structure. This debuff cannot be purged, but does not go through magic immunity and is blocked by Linken's Sphere. While under the effects of Word of Madness, a unit is considered neutral, so anything killed by it is considered killed by a neutral.

Cast Range: 600 / 700 / 800 / 900 / 1000
Cooldown: 60 / 50 / 40 / 20 / 10
Mana Cost: 150 / 225 / 300 / 375 / 450

W - Greater Blink (Active)
The Prophet cares little for the laws of the universe, and moves around as she pleases. If used on a point on the ground, it blinks the Prophet there (or, if it's outside range, that far in the direction of the point). If used on a unit, it transports the unit to her location and applies the current level of Word of Madness to it. This skill has a cast delay of .25 seconds.

Cast Range: 1000 / 2000 / 3000 / 4000 / 5000
Cooldown: 40 / 36 / 32 / 28 / 24
Mana Cost: 50 / 75 / 100 / 125 / 150

E - Elder Horrors' Mercy (Passive)
In their infinite wisdom, the Elder Horrors allow lesser beings time to prepare for their coming. All friendly and enemy heroes gain +1/2/3/4/5 gold and experience per second. Meepo only gains one instance of this benefit, not once for each clone. This aura only begins working once the game begins.

R - All is Dust
When skilled, it instantly kills the Prophet and turns her body into a gateway for the Elder Horrors to come through. The portal causes all units to lose 100 hp per second while within a 2000 radius of it. One Elder Horror comes through the portal every 90 seconds, each with a 5 second animation for spawning. Each Elder Horror has the following statistics.

Elder Horror:
5000 HP
30 Armor
50% Magic Resistance
2.0 Base attack time
500 Attack damage + 100% chance to bash for 1 second
1000 Attack range
350 Move speed with unobstructed mobility
Skills -
Permanent Magic Immunity,
Spell Block (once every 20 seconds),
Incomprehensible Aura (deals 75 hp removal per second to all units in a 2000 radius),
Meteoric Strikes (attacks deal half damage and half bash duration to all units within a 500 radius of the target, including the target of the attack. If the target of the attack is a structure, it takes double damage from the hit),
Elder Knowledge (grants true sight in a 1500 radius and unobstructed vision in a 3000 radius)

When spawned, an Elder Horror gains the benefit of the current level of Word of Madness, but spares the allies of the Prophet for now; it will only target enemy heroes, units, or structures. Elder Horrors are treated as neutral units.

Aghanim's Scepter Upgrade: If the Prophet has an Aghanim's Scepter when she puts a skill point in her ultimate, the cooldown time between each Elder Horror spawn is reduced from 90 to 40.

Purpose
:
This hero is mostly an idea that I got from a friend; 'what would happen if you had a hero whose ult could only be taken at level 25, but when you got it you basically win the game'? This is the result. She's designed to have a large impact on the game through the fast leveling of every hero, and being survivable through both her HP pool and escape skill. Her two active skills are intended to have long cooldowns with powerful effects to reflect the nature of the beings she serves; slow and powerful. However, as she gains levels her cooldowns lower, since her masters are nearing the battlefield.

If you have any comments or advice, they are greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Your first skill reminds me greatly of the skill i thought up called betrayal which made an enemy hero hostile to everything but didn't control it, this made it very disruptive in both ganking and team fighting i imagined since you would not really be able to run to you base since your own towers would attack you and in team fights your abilities might splash your own teammates and your teammates abilities might splash you. your third skill seems kinda odd since it seems like with that type of steroid boost to economy the game would likely be over long before anyone got to level 25, it would be like easy mode X5 and if anyone remembers easy mode the game usually lasted half as long as non easy mode games. with max level i bet the first team fight lost would decide the game with a possible raxing lol.

You're probably right about his exp/gold aura. I think I'll modify it a bit. And as they say, great minds think alike. :)

Really scary hero if fed xD
My questions are in italics

Q - Word of Madness (Active)
Prophet speaks into the mind of a target foe and destroys its free will. The target enemy unit goes berserk for 1/1.5/2/2.5/3 seconds.

So if the target is made completely neutral will it also attack you and your team?

W - Greater Blink (Active)
The Prophet cares little for the laws of the universe, and moves around as she pleases. If used on a point on the ground, it blinks the Prophet there (or, if it's outside range, that far in the direction of the point). If used on a unit, it transports the unit to her location and applies the current level of Word of Madness to it. This skill has a cast delay of .25 seconds.

Seeing that your Q only affects the enemies, does it work for your allies without turning them into mindless neutral creeps?

In their infinite wisdom, the Elder Horrors allow lesser beings time to prepare for their coming. All friendly and enemy heroes gain +1/2/3/4/5 gold and experience per second. Meepo only gains one instance of this benefit, not once for each clone. This aura only beings begins working once the game begins.

you also gain gold and experience per second too?
does the gold gain stack with the normal gold gain per second (I know, dumb questions, but I just want it clarified)?

about her ult, I just want to ask. does she permanently die at the moment the skill gets skilled?
Also, do the kills made by the Elder Horror get credited to you?
You can't control them right? So would it become possible that they'd wander to the enemies' base and attack their fountain?
Would the enemy team get bounty if they could kill that?
Can Silencer stop you (or just delay the inevitable) with his silence?
There's a fine line between bravery and stupidity, I have come to erase that fine line.

Still a bit wonky and nooby but meh, give me a challenge and I'll accept it!

Actually, thanks to you I noticed an error in my original post. My intent was for the Q to be able to target both friendly and enemy units, so I'll fix that.

To answer your questions:

A unit affected by Word of Madness will attack the nearest hero/creep/structure, no matter which team it's on.

When you use Greater Blink on a unit, that unit will be affected by Word of Madness regardless of which team they're on. So if you save a friendly hero from a gank, they'll go berserk and try to kill you. :p

Yes, you would also get the gold and experience, and it stacks with the normal gold gain per second. And it's not a dumb question. :)

As for her ult, yes, she permanently dies when she skills it. Kills made by the Elder Horror(s) are not credited to you or anyone. They are unable to be controlled by you; by design, they target the enemy's heroes, creeps and structures, so they will always move in the direction of the enemy base unless distracted by enemy heroes or creeps. I hadn't thought of a bounty for the Elder Horrors, but I suppose something suitably large should drop if you can kill one. Maybe 500 gold? More? Less? As for being stopped by silences, if you are silenced when you skill it, it's delayed until the silence wears off. If you die while silenced, you'll be killed when you respawn and the ability will trigger.

I think that about covers everything. Thanks for the interest!
