Wulfstan:
I'm pretty sure a somewhat recent patch fixed that the replicate stays alive after he dies, so there shouldn't be many ties. If SF builds skadi, which is uncommon, he might not be able to.

I do agree that morph is a harder carry then shadow fiend, i just dont think that you can pick him early and and he always does well.
But morph is not underestimated in the late game, everyone knows he is good, but the REALLY strong lategame heroes arent mainly about rightclicks.

I would say that medusa, spectre, naga, void, are better in lategame. Tiny+wisp also crushes him. Perhaps even PL and sven. I dont know how hard terrorblade and phantom assasin carry but i think they are contenders too.
Then there are some heroes who match up well against him like outworld devourer.

But ofcourse it depends on a lot of other factors and hero matchups are always different.

He's probably the strongest in Terms of Picking off the most important target, but unless you're up against a 4 Protect 1 Strat, you've still got the rest of the Team to deal with.

Void is a great Teamfight Hero, in that he can obliterate an entire Team with the right Items, but does little else.

Naga Siren is a great Split-Pusher and has a great Initiation/Panic Ult, but she offers much less Damage than the other 2 in Teamfights and is even Squishier than Void.

...and there there's 2 Battlefury, Daedalus, 2 Divine Rapier Ember Spirit...

It's easy to argue over which Late Game Carry is the best, but since many provide vastly different advantages, it all comes down to "What do you need the most?".

I wouldn't say Faceless Void is squishy. His Backtrack makes him very difficult to burst down, with its ability to completely negate spell effects. Usually he will be 1600-1800 health when kitted out, if you include a Black King Bar in his arsenal, which of course you should. As an Agility Hero, he's also innately tanky once the items roll in due to how Armour works.

Naga Siren, in the same vein, is difficult to kill because of her ultimate Song of the Siren while also having high base Armour and a monstrous Armour gain once she gets going. Heart of Tarrasque is also usually core on her as it makes her illusions an absolute nightmare to deal with, and once gotten as usually 3rd/4th core, she's as tanky as they come.

Of course you may just be referring to early game.
