Just need a simple or elaborate dota overlay completely up to the artist. need a webcam window and open skills window(since not all heroes have 4 buttons itll need to be completely open). then the usual windows...gold, hero portrait, mini-map.

any help is appreciated or direction where i can get ahold of someone with a good set of skills in this is also appreciated

I made this in a few seconds, you can put a webcam image where the hero portrait normally is (such as how baumi does on his videos on youtube) It is a simple fire textured overlay
