Dirge Passive Aggressive

I find that a level 1 decay does so much more than a level 1 soul rip - quite possibly the best first blood skill there is. If you use decay on the enemy you're laning against a few times, then throw down your tombstone and your lane partner has a slow/stun, you will almost always get first blood - its a lot more powerful than soul rip at that level

I always get 1 level of soul rip around level 5 and then max it out last. I prefer ganking with decay and tombstone much more. I have more of an aoe play style as opposed to a point target; not sure why I just like it better.

You can do stuff like Soul Rip by doing this {{soul rip}} ( replace the ''{{'' with ''[['' ). Hope this helps with your guide.
