Spartan Helmet (Item Idea)

Okay, have you been a carry that completely dominates throughout the whole game and focuses on damage, let's say that you are Ember Spirit. But out of nowhere, your enemy carry, say Alchemist finally bought his Skull Basher after Assault Cuirass. You think "fine, I'm still stronger, I'm fully 6-slotted, he only has 2 good item" But then you know what happened? Stun lock *****!! Then it all goes downhill and you lost.

If you have ever felt that kind of situation, and think that it is unfair to have no item that can negate bash effect (not stun, bash. Magics already have BKB) I have just the item idea for you!

Spartan Helmet

A helmet worn by the most vigorous of Warrior that is said to be able to allow you to charge headfirst into war.

Stats:
+20 Armor
+10 HP Regeneration
+400 HP

Effect:
-(Passive): 80% chance to block 80 damage
-(Active): Block any stun or bash for 5 seconds. Any stun or bash in this duration still gives full damage, just without the stun duration

Cool down: 50 seconds
Mana Cost: 50

This item is also designed to be an upgraded version of Vanguard. In late game, when all heroes have full 6-slot mostly people will think like "what do I do with my Vanguard now?" because Vanguard is good until mid game, but late game it's not quite useful. So I want to have this kind of item as an alternative to Heart of Tarrasque build. Note that this item doesn't give Strength, therefore not giving bonuses to Strength heroes and can be used more flexibly because of twice block damage amount from Vanguard (Vanguard gives 40 block amount to melee and 20 to range with same percentage). Block-wise, this item is as effective as 2 Vanguards (still 1350 more expensive than 2 Vanguards)

As for the balancing, I'm not quite sure. But I think this item is quite balanced already, considering BKB can block any magic with the cost of only 3975. This item will have 50 seconds cool down, like BKB and can still be affected by Abyssal Blade's Overwhelm. Considering this item cost of 5800 I'm pretty sure it is balanced.
