I usually see the pro teams doing roshan and instantly after they defeat him they chat a little triangle like the one when you press y to get to the chat wheel and it then displays the current time.
I would like to ask a question, how do you do that and are there any other commands like these i should be aware of.

In your options menu there is a command for showing the current time. You can assign this to one of the slots in the chat wheel, which will allow you to post the current time.
