Folcrom The Voice Blader

Folcrom is a very strong early melee intelligence hero, with his Supersonic Draw he can quickly farm creeps and effectively nuke as well, especially if his lane enemies are melees. His Supersonic Draw is a very useful skill that is actually quite hard to land, dealing both physical and magical damage, it could deal a maximum of 400 damage counting the DPS as well. Supersonic Draw however, is best used in melee situation, since it deals 180 damage in melee + 160 damage in 450 radius. This makes it hard to optimize it early game due to Folcrom's squishiness.

Other than dealing 180 melee damage + 160 damage in 450 radius, Supersonic Draw also afflict 10 DPS damage for 60 seconds to those that gets hit with his frequency damage. This allows him to get bonus from his Voice Steal if he kills an enemy in DPS duration. Voice Steal is a very useful skill that grants stacking bonus damage everytime he kills an enemy under his debuff (excluding unique attack modifier) for a short amount of duration. Voice Steal also is automatically used upon enemy attempt to silence Folcrom, which make Folcrom hard to counter early game.

Due to those skills, and combined with Tremor that slows down enemy to extreme rate for short amount of time, and not to mention his relatively big Agility and Intelligence for auto attack DPS, Folcrom is a very dangerous Semi-Carry in the early game. He is by no mean invincible though, faced with stunners or stealth users, he is easily killed due to his low HP.

His ultimate skill, however, is a very team-dependent skill. His ultimate skill, Resonance, makes himself and all of his allied heroes in radius to unleash Supersonic Draw of the level. It can deal extremely huge damage if the team knows what they're aiming, but also a puny damage if the team is scattered.

Lore

"Folcrom, you are going to be the champion of Aeol Drias" Folcrom has heard these words way too often. A prodigal child in sorcery, he managed to master voice magic - a highly intricate, advanced and arguably one of the hardest spell - since he was a young man, leaving all the preceptors in awe. As one of the seventh and final generation of the designed pedigree bred by Aeol Drias, Folcrom is fated to battle for the sake of a prophecy. He was bred believing that he is going to be the prophesied one, with talent in magic greater than any mage has ever been born with.

Then the day came, the day of battle to prove who is worthy of the title as champion of Aeol Drias. Folcrom readied his staff as he tried to chant his strongest magic. Magic capable of putting even magus in shame, voice magic very strong it could end the battle in a blink.

But to his terror, his voice wouldn't go out. To his terror, the magic he spent decades to learn is useless. To his terror he is silenced by the talentless mage, Nortrom. He tried desperately, without anything even close as a whisper to go out of his mouth. In the deep silence, he was defeated.

In the day of Nortrom's anointment, Folcrom was so humiliated. As he saw the fulfillment of prophecy, all he could think about was the effort he has put for decades. How... could this be? ME?!? LOST?! All those magic, all those time I spent learning... Are they for naught? Magic... ARE USELESS!! And as the final seconds of the anointment ritual comes close, Folcrom banished himself, and by doing so locking away his power to use magic.

A day passed. A week passed. A month passed. A year passed. Folcrom now still wanders, without direction and without goal. With his staff on hand, now used only to drive wild beasts away. He wanders aimlessly. One day, he arrived to an island they call the Isle of Masks.

In that island Folcrom learned the island's long tradition of sword wielding. He is now one of the best practitioners of the art, long since been accepted as one of their own. A master of quick-draw style, he spent every waking hour training his quick draw. One day, another challenge has come to him. A duel to the death as a test for their skill.

Folcrom readies his stance, a blade sheathed, fully cautious. As he empties his mind to sharpen his senses, a sound was heard. What is this sound? Folcrom thought to himself. Sensing uneasiness in Folcrom's mind, the challenger slash down to him quickly. No, I'm too late. Folcrom knows his slash is a millisecond late. He closed his eyes, ready to embrace death. To his surprise, as he opened his eyes, he won. The challenger was dead, not because of his slash, but because the eardrums was burst upon. Suddenly, Folcrom shed his tears. A nostalgic feeling surged through his body. "It's been so long..." Subconsciously amplifying the frequency of his blade sound in grave danger, his voice magic has returned in a new form. He is now the prodigal child again, soon is heard as The Voice Blader.

Skills

[Q] Supersonic Draw: Folcrom draws his blade in extreme speed, and amplifies the voice's frequency until it became supersonic sound. Dealing damage in melee range, as well as frequency damage in 450 AoE that is weaker the farther the enemies are. Enemies affected by frequency damage also receive DPS. The frequency damage and DPS arrive before the slash, but counted as same time.

- 60 draw damage, 40 max frequency damage, 5 DPS
- 100 draw damage, 80 max frequency damage, 5 DPS
- 140 draw damage, 120 max frequency damage, 10 DPS
- 180 draw damage, 160 max frequency damage, 10 DPS

Type: No Target
Affect: Enemy units
Damage: Mixed (Draw is physical, frequency and DPS is magical)

MP Cost: 100/110/120/130
Cool Down: 6 Seconds
Duration: 6 Seconds

Folcrom's blade can sing! In a very high tune, though

[W] Tremor: The Voice Blader amplifies the voice around him, making his enemies' body shudder and disorient them. Slowing enemy and amplifying the first hero damage the unit receives (Either magic or physical). After taking hero damage, their speed is back to normal.

- 50% slow, 400 radius, 1.25* damage
- 60% slow, 500 radius, 1.5* damage
- 70% slow, 600 radius, 1.75* damage
- 80% slow, 700 radius, 2* damage
Type: No Target
Affect: Enemy Units

MP Cost: 80/100/120/140
Cooldown: 15 seconds
Duration: 4 seconds

Vibrations are caused from sound. And it really, really affects you.

[] Voice Steal: Every time Folcrom kills a unit under his debuff (Unique Attack Modifiers are excluded but active items are included), he steals their last voice. This causes Folcrom's blade to vibrate stronger, dealing more damage for certain duration per stack. The stacks are automatically used if Folcrom is silenced to reduce the silence duration. (I.E: 5 stacks are automatically used to cut down up to 5 seconds silence) A hero kill grants double damage / stack.

- Last 3 seconds, maximum 3 stacks
- Last 4 seconds, maximum 4 stacks
- Last 5 seconds, maximum 5 stacks
- Last 6 seconds, maximum 6 stacks

Type: Passive
Affect: Self
Damage / Stack: 15

The terror of getting his voice stolen was frightening. Now he swore it won't happen again - to him.

[R] Resonance: Folcrom's blade vibrates tremendously, causing it to resonance with his ally. Using this skill makes all ally heroes and self to unleash the Supersonic Draw of the level. When using this skill, Folcrom needs to channel the spell, doing 1 pulse every second.

- 2 pulse
- 3 pulse
- 4 pulse

Type: No Target, Channeling
Affects: Ally Heroes, Self

MP Cost: 225/300/375
Cool Down: 90 Seconds
Radius: 1200

Scepter Upgradable: Radius changed to global area of effect and apply Tremor of the level without bonus damage / pulse.

Vibration travels and resonances, but in Folcrom's spell, also kills
