Quoted:

Every hero contains a certain amount of skill to play effectively and well.

I would suggest any hero that doesn't require large amounts of farm, due to being new you will die a lot and have a low level of last hitting.

Definitely try Crystal Maiden and Vengeful Spirit as they do not require farming and will benifit the team with just one of there spells (The Aura on CM and the stun and swap from VS)

I just started playing [ 4 days ago ] and Crystal Maiden is NOT easy to team fight with , shes so squisy and her ult is a AOE but people have to stand in it.

CM is one of the easiest heroes in the game, so if you're having trouble with her, you've got more learning to do. Also, CM isn't necessarily picked for her teamfights. Just your single target stun and aura really.

Also, I would not recommend Vengeful Spirit, as opposed to Morphism's post. Simply due to the nature of her ultimate, which can be tricky to use to it's best ability.

Then why I'm I able to do decently with Vengeful Spirit Vice using Crystal Maiden ??

Not trying to argue trying to understand how people think shes easy because I'm not having the easiest time with her, maybe I'm still stuck in the LoL mindset ;/

They are both about getting an edge early game. VS is harder to use later in the game, and if you are squishy it's only because you build her that way. Honestly though that shouldn't be a problem, your priority is wards, not health items. If you are getting focused down easily then sit at the back of the group.

Crystal Maiden Is really hard hero to play extremely well. Like I do.
If the day should ever come when we must go, if some day we are compelled to leave the scene of history, we will slam the door so hard that the universe will shake and mankind will stand back in stupefaction.

I played: Lion - Ganker, Witch docter - Support, Riki - carry, when i started the beta.

They felt pretty stright forward and noob friendly it was more what do i build that i had to get used to and a few other little things like ward spots or getting runes.

also how do you get a small pic of the hero beside the name and a the link to the heros stats???

Here is a quick tip, play those heroes we suggested, get wards and stack health. Crystal Maiden and Vengeful Spirit are not item dependent, so stack bracers and get a Black King Bar get wards to constantly help your team out. The game isn't about dying or killing, its about helping the team to victor, therefore, if you are dying instead of your carry its probably a good thing.

Best thing to do is practice your positioning to be outside the battle zone, and skirt in and out with stuns.
Mess with the best, die like the rest.

No. As support you really need neither of those. If you are getting attacked a lot then some HP helps, but honestly, your main items will be wards, maybe mekansm or pipe, and sheepstick if the game really lasts a while. Add a bracer or two to that maybe.

Supports are better to start with until you get the hang of the game. Lion and Lich are good strong choices.

Agreed, Sven is also a pretty easy hero and I hear SK is as well just have to make sure you have enough mana for his ult before you die.
