Hi all. I've updated Inspectre with an option to calculate and display synergy and counter information. It's much more useful now! I've also updated the algorithms involved, so all the calculations should be spot on. It still doesn't take into consideration team composition though. That should be coming soon.

@ Smuggles - There's an "Instructions" section in the forums. I need to make it better though.

Basically, you tell Inspectre which team you're on in the bottom left corner of the screen. Then you drag heroes into the selection boxes to match those selected by the other players in the game. As you do so, Inspectre calculates each team's chance of winning and how synergistic and countering it is. It's kinda complicated what the synergy/counter values actually represent mathematically. Just know that the higher it is, the better.

As for the heroes...

If win rate is being displayed, then the numbers at the bottom of each hero represent what the win rate would be if that hero were to be selected on your team. If synergy/counter information is being displayed, then the values represent how much the synergy/counter balance would be affected if that hero were to be selected on your team.

There's also an option to highlight the ten best heroes. This makes it easier to see which heroes Inspectre recommends when you're ready to select one for yourself.

That is pretty cool and so far it looks quite accurate at least for obvious synergy (like IO and CK). Pretty snazzy man, keep up the good work.

Thanks, bro. Yup, I put 4 months into the calculations. The synergy and counter info is very accurate. Just remember that it's based on pub data.

Wow, good job!
I have a small amount of feedback for future versions such as if you where to add in features such as if a hero got fed or another abandoned the game etc. But still very impressive and well done.
Your new diet for heroes; You will need 4 wards (cuz wards taste better), 1 set of tangoes, 1 mango, 1 cheese.
With this you can make a nice Tango Mango Cheese platter. You can wash this all down with a nice bottle of water, Can be flavoured with red, green, yellow, blue, purple AND GOLD!
Caution: Taking roshan 3 times is required.

You did mention it on the site too, but an important thing you'll eventually have to add is team composition and roles, as it often suggests on high scores a bunch of (nice synergy) carries when there's already 3 cores.
