Name: Anzurll
Description: Grey Robed/Hooded Sorcerer
Intelligence Ranged Carry/Nuker/Ganker
Low base STR, slow gain when leveling
Low base AGL, medium gain when leveling
High base INT, quickly gains more when leveling
Base Health: 450
Base Mana: 500
Base Damage: 45-60
Base Armor: 1
Base Movement Speed: 310
Base Attack Time: 1.5

Ability 1: Wicked Magic
Cost: 50 mana per charge
Deals 25/50/75/100 per charge
Range: 800+50 per charge
Cooldown: 10 seconds per charge
Charge is gained when a nearby hero(Ally or enemy; includes you) casts an offensive spell.
Maximum charges: 5
A charge can only gained from an single ally(including you) casting a spell every minute.

Anzurlls magic is unstable, sapping up excess mana and concentrating it into energy.

Ability 2: Life Rip
Cost: 200 Mana
Channeled: 1 second
Teleports you to a target enemy unit
Deals 50/85/120/150 to the target unit over 1 second
Heals you for 75/110/145/175 over 1 second
Stuns the target for 1 second
If Channel finishes without interruption, gain a charge on all abilities (Beyond the normal charge amount, up to double the maximum charges)
(Illusions will also teleport to the unit, and play the channel animation)
Range: 800
Cooldown: 60/50/40/30

Anzurlls power is fed by consuming the life of her enemies, leaving them starved and weak.

Ability 3: Empower
Aura/Toggleable
Friendly heros near you gain Empower charges, increasing the power of their next offensive spell(Increases Damage, Damage over time, AoE, and stun time)
Each charge grants 5% more spell damage, 5% more Damage over time, 5% larger AoE, and 5% longer stun time.
All charges are lost upon casting an offensive spell
Charge is gained every 10 seconds
Maximum amount of charges is 2/3/4/5
Charge is lost every 10 seconds when not within the Auras effect
(Her illusions do not have this aura)
AoE: 1200
When Toggled off, charges will not be consumed when using an offensive ability(But you and your allies still gain charges, and toggling does not affect them)

All magics are augmented near Anzurll, her very body a catalyst of power.

Ultimate ability 4: Divide Soul
Passive/active
Creates 1/2/3 illusions of you
Illusions are not controllable, but instead somewhat mimic your actions (Including running away, attacking, or using spells/items[They will not act on their own, so they will not attack units you are not attacking])
Illusions spells/items do nothing, but still play the animations and effects
Illusions take no damage, but always have equal health to you
Illusions do 10%/20%/30% damage
When you attack a unit, all nearby illusions also attack them
Illusions Projectiles will change speed to hit the target at the same time as you

Cost: 75 mana
Has up to 2/3/4 charges, charge consumed on use
One charge is gained per refresh time
Charge can be consumed to swap places with a illusion
Projectiles already targeted at you will hit the illusion instead
Cooldown time: 1 second
Refresh time: 20 seconds
Range: 1000

Upgradable by Aganims scepter
Illusions spells do 25% damage instead of 0%

How does one fight that which isnt real?
I'm not as good as you expect, but I can raise your expectations.
I'm not as smart as I may seem, but I can be wise beyond imagination.
I can relate to the emotions of my friends, and provoke the emotions of my enemies.
I am what I am, because of my decisions.
Others can influence my decisions, but in the end they are truly my own.

Wicked magic has a potential damage of 3187.5 damage with only aghanim's scepter
Base max damage(with 10 stacked charges from life rip) is 1000
Empower increases the damage by 50%(with stacked charges from life rip) increasing it to 1500
With aghanim's scepter, illusions do an additional 37.5% damage each(25% from aghanim's and 12.5 from Empower stacks) causing it to increase to a total of 3187.5 damage

This damage can also be buffed further using allied spells or items to decrease an enemy's magic resistance
