Azrael ~ The Archangel of Death

INTELLIGENCE: 15+2.0
MOVEMENT SPEED: 290
ATTACK RANGE: 150
MISSILE SPEED: Instant
TURN RATE: 1.7

SKILLS:
Eternal Oblivion (Q)
Type : Target Unit
Damage : Magical
Cancels the unit's action disabling it to move and disarms it for an amount of time
Movement Disable Duration: 1 second
Disarm Duration : 2/3/4/5 seconds
Damage/Heal: 100/150/200/250
Mana: 175
CD: 24/21/18/15
*damage/heal is applied throughout 10 seconds
*only negative effect such as movement disable.will be applied on ally

De-energize (W)
Type: Point Target
Range: 1000
Movement/Attack Speed Decrease: 5/15/25/30% + 0.25/0.5/1/1.5% per enemy passed through
Silent Duration : 5 seconds
Mana: 90/100/100/120
CD: 30/25/20/15

Azrael casts a beam of light which silences heroes and slows more and more every enemy units it passes through
*enemy at the end of the beam has the maximum slow effect

Karma (E)
Type : Toggled
Damage : Pure
Azrael returns a percentage of damage dealt to him from any source of physical damage in his next attack . damage dealt is stored in a buffer that lasts for 3 seconds before it expires . If he doesn't attack in the next 3 seconds , he losses the bonus damage buff and heals a percentage of damage taken
Heal based on buffer: 12.5/15/17.5/20%
Damage return/percentage : 20/30/40/50%
HP drained per second: 2.5%
*wont work while silenced
*can be purged or dispelled
*(lets assume this skill is maxed) if 3 heroes attacks Azrael for 180 damage , Azrael will do 50% of 180 that is pure 90 damage + his own physical damage to a single target on his next attack

Astral Disembodiment(R)
Type: Toggled
Physical damage reduction : 33%
CD:180/160/120
Drift Mana: 150

Azrael's soul escapes from his own body . Player now controls the spirit and can't control the body . Azrael spirit moves in maximum speed , gains unobstructed movement and vision while dealing less physical damage .During the disembodiment , the body is targetable . If Azrael's body is subjected to any stuns or silence he will return to his body setting off the cooldown of this spell . Azrael's soul can't be stunned or silenced. When toggled off , Azrael's soul will slowly drift back its body , during the drift the player cant execute any action until the body and soul combines back . if he is 400 units away from his body the drift will happen instnatly and no mana will be used
*Aganhim upgrade
Increases physical damage
Physical damage reduction : 20%
Reduces CD : 120/90/60
**gives flying movement
***give unobstructed true vision of 900 AOE around him if he dies while toggeled on
****Azrael will be disarmed if he leaves his own body too far 1000

This is my first hero idea , hope you guys like it and any suggestions are welcomed :D
