Movement: 325
Base Attack Time: 1.7
Attack Range: 400

Strength: 15 (+1.80)
Agility: 25 (+3.50)

Level 25: 1256 health, 954 mana, 15.57 (16) armour

The world can be a cruel and unforgiving place. Aneme, a young child, a magi, a freak, when she was abandoned by her family on the roadside, only survived out of the pity of the Wind God, the very one who also saved the Windrunner. With Aneme starving on the verge of death, the wind could do nothing to save her physical form, yet it carried her soul for eternity across the breeze. Aneme became the embodiment of the North Wind, a force of nature powerful beyond measure. Rather than wreak her revenge amongst the ignorances of the world which led to her demise, Aneme learnt from her saviour kindness and gentleness that she never felt before. Now she acts as guardian to the world, seeking to rid it of all evil and suffering, using her unbounded power to destroy those who deserve only death.

Q: Blizzard (No Target)
Aneme unleashes a gust of cold wind, slowing enemies in front of her and pushing them away, as well as removing any buffs they have.
Push distance: 800
Move speed slow: 15%/25%/35%/50%
Attack speed slow: 20%/30%/40%/50%
Duration: 3
Debuff duration: 4

Mana cost: 125 Cooldown: 20/18/16/14
Whilst other heroes may not be as forgiving, Aneme warns her enemies before confronting them in open combat.

W: Ethereal Blessing (Unit target: Self/Allies)
The Spirit of the North Wind protects her companions, granting them temporary evasion, invisibility and bonus movement speed in combat.
Evasion: 20%/30%/40%/50%
Movement speed: 550/600/650/700
Duration: 3

Mana cost: 100 Cooldown: 15/13/11/9
Like the God who comforted her in her time of need, Aneme now aids her companions with her elemental power.

E: Gathering Storm (Passive)
As Aneme is attacked, she simply becomes more dangerous as the very air itself empowers her.
Bonus move speed per stack: 10/15/25 (up to max move speed)
Bonus attack speed per stack: 10
Bonus evasion per stack (stacks diminishingly): 5%
Max stacks: 5/10/15
Stack Duration: 3
Aneme's tranquility is decieving, and it is most unwise to provoke her.

(Designer's note: Gathering Storm still procs even if attacks are evaded or miss - This makes for a devestating synergy with abilities such as Ethereal Blessing and Hurricane).

R: Hurricane (Channeled)
As her power intensifies, the winds around Aneme begin to coalesce into a huge storm, damaging, slowing and reducing the armour of enemy heroes around her. Once the storm ends, Aneme gains bonus agility for each second the storm is channeled.
Storm radius: 400/550/700
Move/attack speed slow per second: 15%
Attack miss chance: 50%
Armour reduction per second: 1/2/3
Armour debuff duration: 7
Agility per second: 5/7/10
Agility buff duration: 5/10/15
Hurricane Duration: 5

Mana cost: 225 Cooldown: 120/100/80
Nothing can stand in the way of the Wind God.

CORE:
Phase boots - Allows Aneme to capitilize on her already high move speed, and combined with her passive, Gathering Storm, Phase can quickly boost her speed to maximum. The additional damage from Phase Boots is also very useful and with her high attack speed, Aneme can use that bonus damage to its greatest potential.
Perseverence - Though Aneme has a very high evasion in combat with Ethereal Blessing and Gathering Storm, as well as a good disable in the form of Blizzard, she is still very squishy. Perseverence gives her some much-needed health and mana regeneration.
Yasha - The 10% bonus movement speed is a big bonus with Aneme's high base movement and the bonuses provided by Gathering Storm, and the bonus agility and attack speed boosts her mid-game potential.
SITUATIONAL:
Bloodstone - Since Aneme's spells have low cooldowns, the high mana regeneration means that she has the mana to repeatedly cast them over a short time, meaning that she can be an effective support. The bonus gold and XP as well as the reduced gold loss and respawn time after death means that the bloodstone can also be a part of a carry build too.
Sange & Yasha - If the player is looking for a more carry-orientated build, Sange & Yasha is a great item idea for Aneme. Along with Yasha's bonuses, Sange boosts her health and makes her more durable, as well as adding another slow which can stack with Blizzard, and make her even more effective at chasing down fleeing heroes.
Radiance - The extra damage from Radiance can give Aneme's normal attacks more of a punch, especially with her gathering storm fully levelled (which can boost her attack speed to 300). The toggled burn damage also works great in synergy with her ultimate, Hurricane, which keeps enemies effectively stuck in place, guaranteeing almost 250 burn damage over 5 seconds.
Diffusal Blade - The agility and intelligence from the Diffusal Blade further boosts Aneme's attack power, and her fast attack times mean that she can take full advantage of the blade's mana drain. The blade is the best counter Aneme has against casters, her main counter.
Daedalus - Adds extra damage and crit procs, which Aneme's high damage and attack time can really take advantage of, especially after popping her ultimate (which can boost her agility by as much as 100 if she catches the entire team in her Hurricane).
Heart of Terrasque - Boosts Aneme's health, and the healing provided by the Heart also synergizes well with her ultimate (which can render her almost invincible for a short period of time) and her Ethereal Blessing (which provides 100% evasion).
