I was thinking about that myself. That's also why i said it's only sometimes built, as other items that give Mana and other Stats besides Strength and HP usually take precedence over it.

Hi :) nice guide.


I just wanted to add that when you get your linkens you dont need to be afraid of Mana Void,Mana Leak,Mana Drain,Finger of Death,Laguna Blade......, and when you get also manta, and skadi in 5v5 they cant concentrate on you.



Proper use of Stone Gaze together with Split Shot makes Medusa a great counter to heroes that either summon illusions, purchase Manta style in their item build or rely heavily on their auto-attacks to do damage. Examples of these heroes would be Phantom Lancer, Chaos Knight and Faceless Void. Remember that a successful Stone Gaze will clear all illusions from Medusa's vicinity.
