People have been abandoning games left and right every since the major update. Did valve remove low priority or something? Because it seems like these people aren't being punished for leaving games.

You are lucky then. Almost every game I've been in has had at least one abandoner.

I hasn't changed the low priority pool one bit it is just a really strange coincidence.
