Static link max by 7 , otherwise you waste his potential. This guy can rampage at level 1 with only a static link.

I will experiment some, still keeping my general plan, but include an earlier introduction of Static Link, I am going to drop an early point of stats and an early point of Unstable current as a starting point.

I agree with Eeon, if you want to post-pone and max it last then that would be one thing, but skipping Link for stats isn't that smart. You'll get damage and render an auto attacker useless, you'll get more damage and most likely take less damage (if their carry has any sort of brain) than the stats route. The early beef caster build itself seems viable though. Play more games with this build and you'll see what I mean about doing more damage and taking less, its quite noticeable especially with that Mjollnir.

Hi.. I don't really agree with not puting any points in Static Link, it is you primary source of damage, as Plasma Field looses it's strength after midgame. And Mjollnir is really useful if you have the damage, you can't rely only on unstable current and your ulti. Just my thoght. Interesting approach though, I will never use it myself, but interesting.
