This changes the game mechanics significantly.

Quoted:
Creeps now meet a bit closer to the tower in your offlane

This was a general change in 6.79. What I noticed is that even in the sidelanes, creeps meet at the middle of the two opposing towers. To accomplish this, since they didn't change the map itself, they made the creeps faster.

I suppose this could mean that pushing is a bit easier now on the safe lane, especially later on.

Anyway, I noticed that the pull timing for 6.79 is a bit before the timings x:15 and x:45 due to the changed creep speed.

Does this justify blocking a little bit on the safe lane now?

Pull time is like x:10 because of this ******ed speed, especially if you have ranged creeps in camp.

Yep pulls are faster, and it's worth doing a bit of blocking on safe (don't over do it or creeps will be in tower range). The other thing to watch out for is the stupid small troll priest - he won't leave the camp to stack. Gonna try attacking him directly to see if that does the trick...

You can stack those small troll priests, just don't damage them. Run in and get their aggro without attacking them.

If you attack them the priest will just stay in place and heal, as T1mmay said, go next to them to get aggro and run away.

Don't forget the last creep wave with the speed boost is at 7:00. After that the creep equilibrium goes back to normal, so if you're still pulling remember to adjust accordingly.
