Looking For a Team

I really want a set 5 man team to practice with, pubs are pubs but im more interested in practicing more realistic situations, and less of the random **** happening in pubs. I wouldnt consider myself as highly skilled but im decent and have played most of the heroes enough to be comfortable with them. Im open to playing any position, but more interested in off laning or Mid, and if theres anyone willing to help, ill put in the time to get to the skill level i need to be at.

different slots per hero proficiency:
Carry-Void, Terrorblade(obviously not in yet), Alch, Naix, Chaos Knight, Luna, Gyro, Anti-Mage
Void and Gyro my most comfy carries (i played carry in HoN on Chronos--voids port__a lot)
Solo Mid-Invoker, Brewmaster, DK, Pudge, Razor, QoP, and Storm Spirit****(Storm easily one of my best heroes)
Initiators-Bat, SK, Earthshaker, Magnus, Enigma****(enigma and ES my best played here)
Support/Offlane/everything else etc..- Miranna,Undying, Rubick, Bane, Lina, Nyx, Dark Seer, Dazzle, and trolling with Lion and Shadow Shaman.
