Don't really understand that one, do you mean... for example: Every 10 points of attack speed, add 1% chance to bash with a base of 10% to bash? Or do you mean something along the lines of Jinada?

The current one already scales to his attack speed since... it's a percentile.

I think he means:

The faster his attack speed gets, the lower the percentile gets.

F.e. he starts with 17% at (i don't know his AttSp but lets say) 1.5sec AttSp.

At 1.0sec AttSp The percentile would drop do 10% (as he hits faster so more chance of procs)

This is just a RAW example and not scaled at all.
just to make it a little more clear.

What I do not understand... he is too strong for PBs and to weak for Pro-Games... so where is the problem?
Seems good balanced. :)

I think it is pretty much depending on the player behind Spirit vs. the players he is ganking.
As usual. So why considerung to nerf him?

If a squishy supporter is running lonely through the forest it is a welcome meal for anyone.

He has two abilities he is using in combination + maybe MoM and BKB and any item he can get after that if the fight is going to well for his team which is not depending only on him.

He is strong in early and midgame vs. single targets and maybe even two heros if too much underfarmed. That's true. But in late game he turns useless compared to any other well played carry.
When he storms out of the forest focusing you your other team mate can dissable him, silence him whatever and finish him...

I saw so many times... how to say in english... him not getting any dry ground under his feet. :-)
