ACTIVE: Over ten seconds, 15 of the user's Strength will be converted to Agility. Each point of Strength will convert 2 points to Agility. Stat conversion lasts ten seconds once completed. Once duration ends, stats are reverted to normal.

30 STR converted to Agi?That is suicide early game lol.

Very ha yeah might lower that. But this was more for the idea of Agility heroes getting some extra damage/attack speed before a gank or team fight. Although its usefulness would not be considerably good into mid/late game.

considering you always have a base 219 hp (at 1 str), it would not be suicidal to use but very dangerous. What would be the purpose of this though, to make ranged heroes like sniper and drow more annoying during laning phase? Overall an armlet may cost more, but its still going to be a lot better in most cases since it is good during all points in the game

Maybe the conversion should be tilted to one side, like 1 strength converting to 2 agility. It would make things much simpler and less risky.

Its probably like no cooldown until end of using term, each use convert 5str to 10agi. When use, the duration is reset, after 7-10 sec, it's back to normal,and its cooldown. A little less riskier, i think.
