Lore

Crucio Ironbeard is a high skilled engineer with a sense for perfection, who has build many mechanical devices but most of them were harmless, build to make his household easier. One day during war, a military commander approched him with a request for a mechanical Weapon to use in war.
This warmachine should be able to manouver through almost any terrain, being inpenetrable to enemy attacks and armed with weaponry to take down the outposts of the Dire in mere seconds.

Crucio began his research and began creating numerous blueprints for said warmachine. He build a few prototypes but none of them could fullfill his sense for perfection.
While the war wages on, and time passed, the military commander almost forgot about his request he made to Crucio, until one day when is troops were cornered and suddenly grenades rained from the sky into the troops of the Dire.
A few minutes later Crucio arrived in his new warmachine which he called the 'Crucio MK III - Siege Engine'. He introduced it to the commander and orderd him to watch him, blow the Dires outpost into pieces... from a few kilometers away.
Crucio climbed into his Siege Engine pulled a few levers and the warmachine drilled itself into the ground, its massive cannon angled to the sky. Crucio fired a few shots into the distance, where the Dires outpost was located.
When the Commander arrived at the Outpost location one hour later, the whole outpost was obliterated.

Since the Siege Engine is so complicated to handle, only Crucio himself is able to operate it, and since he aids the Radiant in battle with his 'Crucio MKIII - Siege Engine'

So this is the Siege Engine. An expert in... well you know... siegeing towers from afar.
He is a force to be reckoned with, when your enemy is following a push heavy strategy.

Here are a few Pros and Cons:
Pros:
+ Heavy Pusher - can take down Towers from afar, dealing bonus damage to them.
+ good short-range chaser due to his 'Overdrive'
+ Durable due to his relatively high Strength and Armor and Magic Resistance
+ Can easily escape with 'Teargas Bomb' and 'Overdrive', while juking

Cons:
- Cannot move while sieged, and unsiegeing takes time, leaving you valnurable to ganks while sieged.
- a false timed 'Overdrive' can leave you very vulnerable (or being stunned during 'Overdrive')
- Skills deal fairly low damage, therefore relies primarily on his attack damage.
- fairly low mana in the early game

Editors Notes:
This idea came to while watching a Starcraft 2 match and I realised that we have the Gyrocopter but not the Siege Tank among our lineup.
Also is still have 2 complete hero ideas lying around... (what you come up with when there is nothing to do at work...^^)

As always, feel free to leave any kind critic, it only helps me :D

And for the funsies, some interactive component:
