Darion the Master of Inner Magic
Affiliation: The Radiant
Strength- 14 + 2.1 (64.4 at 25)
Agility- 14 + 1.4 (47.6 at 25)
Intelligence- 17 + 2.3 (72.2 at 25) [PRIMARY]
Damage: 49-54 (104-109 at 25) Attack Range: 450 Missile Speed: 1050
Movement Speed: 305 BAT (Base Attack Time): 1.7
Sight Range: 1800/800 Base Armor: 0 Total Armor: 2 (6.8 at 25)
Role/s: Support


Abilities

Q: Miracle Bount Ability- Target Affects- Allies

Darion soothes the target's mind and soul. Heals target for 150/200/250/300 health and increases target's movement speed by 25%/50%/75/100% and health regeneration by 15/30/45/60. There is a 25%/35%/45%/55% chance that the target becomes magic immune and 15%/20%/25%/30% chance that the target receives 15/15/20/25 bonus armoor. Lasts 5/5.5/6/6.5 seconds. However, there is a 25% chance that this will do nothing at all, wasting the cooldown and manacost.

Cooldown: 16 Manacost: 140/155/170/185 Cast Range: 350

Notes:
Can be cast on magic immune allied units.
Cannot be cast onto self.

W: Inner Fire Ability- Target Affects- Allies

Darion incites the target ally's rage and power. Increase target's damage by 40/60/80/100 and attack speed by 30/50/70/90. There is a 25%/35%/45%/55% chance to remove all of the target's negative buffs, 10%/15%/20%/25% chance to render the target's attacks deal 50% of damage as pure damage, and 15% chance to heal the target for 15%/20%/25%/30% of its total health. Lasts 5/5.5/6/6.5 seconds. However there is a 25% chance this spell will do nothing at all, wasting the cooldown and manacost.

Cooldown: 16 Manacost: 140/160/180/200 Cast Range: 350

Notes:
Can be cast on magic immune allied units.
Cannot be cast onto self.

E: Scepter of Purity Ability- Target/Passive Affects- Allies

Darion wields a legendary relic that causes nearby allies to gain 5%/6%/7%/8% bonus movement speed and 0.5/1/1.5/2 mana regeneration. The scepter can also be used to purify an ally, removing all negative buffs and stuns of the target allied unit and grants it maximum movement speed for 2/2.5/3/3.5 seconds.

Cooldown: 16/14/12/10 Manacost: 120/130/140/150 Cast Range: 600/800/1000/1200
Radius of Aura: 500/550/600/650

Notes:
Cannot be cast on magic immune allied units.

R: Divinity State Ability- No Target Affects- Self

Darion goes into a state of near perfection, greatly empowering his abilities. During in this state, the cooldown of his spells are reduced by half and their manacost is reduced by 45/90/135 and his spells no longer have a chance of failing and their cast range is increased by 350/525/700. Also, instead of just affecting one unit, his spells now affect both the target and the nearest allied hero within 500 radius of the target. This state lasts 10/14/18 seconds.

Cooldown: 60/54/48 Manacost: 250/500/800

Scepter Upgradeable: Decreases cooldown to 50/34/18, decreases manacost to 250/450/650

- increased Miracle Bount heal from 125/175/225/275 to 150/200/250/300
- increased Miracle Bount bonus health regeneration from 15/25/35/45 to 15/30/45/60
- increased Miracle Bount's chance to render target magic immune from 20%/30%/40%/50% to 25%/35%/45%/55%
- increased Miracle Bount bonus armor from 5/10/15/20 to 10/15/20/25
- removed Miracle Bount's bonus damage and mana
- rescaled Inner Fire bonus damage from 45/60/75/90 to 40/60/80/100
- increased Inner Fire bonus attack speed from 15/30/45/60 to 30/50/70/90
- increased Inner Fire's chance to remove negative buffs from 20%/30%/40%/50% to 25%/35%/45%/55%
- increased Inner Fire's chance to heal from 10% to 15%
- removed Inner Fire's bonus mana and movement speed

Nice hero, seems a bit chancy without his ultimate, but I'm sure it's meant to be that way. He looks like a good support hero.

Well, you could remove the damage buff from his first skill, as your second skill already increases damage. His second skill should not have a speed buff and mana buff, as his first third skill already has it. As compensation, his first and second skill's effects can be buffed a bit. The rest is fine :)

This hero is very complex, but I think its ok now. Let's leave it to someone else spot out if anything is imbalanced.

He is very luck based, but it does balance his fairly OP abilities a bit to have a chance to fail.

The ulti's cost seemed too high, but I think its justified because it removes the weakness of his spells. All in all its a pretty interesting hero, in the spirit of Ogre Magi.

I think this heroes main point is Lane Support. Babysitting the carry, supporting heroes in Teamfights. Not so much a ganker/roamer.
