I can't think that they would give CM a global 1.25% of max mana regen...seems a bit too much of a buff.

I half-agree that this is quite probably not real.

You can tell this is fake because it has scaling on Lich slow.

That slow is shared across Skadi/CM and can't be adjusted by level or independently.
Feel free to check out my guides for Spectre, Dragon Knight, Siren, Medusa, Sniper, Disruptor, or Void. They're pretty cool.

The Spectre rework to give her 650MS with an ability? I thought the max was 522.

Some interesting stuff, but it seems like a huge amount of significant changes so I'd say probably fake.

Actually, Spirit Breaker can exceed the 522 speed limit with his Charge of Darkness.

Tusk's ball can exceed 522 as well. But still, 650 movespeed? That is incredibly fast, and impossible to escape from.
