Slarg the Terrible
Primary attribute: Strength
Roles: Disabler, Nuker

In the deepest, darkest caverns, lives the most vile creature to have ever breathed the atmosphere.

Worm/Slug-like hero (think Glus from Deltora quest)
http://deltoraquest.wikia.com/wiki/Glus

Gluttony (passive)
Slarg's movement speed and size is directly proportionate to his health, meaning when he is low on health he is very fast, and when he has lots of health he is very large and slow (but has increased strength). Upgrading gluttony amplifies the effect. (Similar to Morphling's strength/agilty toggle) This makes for a really dynamic play style.

Vomit (Chanelled, no timer)
Slarg loses health over time, dealing damage and slowing enemies in a large area. Slarg will stop vomiting at 1hp (he cannot suicide). This works with Slarg's first skill.

Terrorize (maybe combine with vomit)
Roars at enemy heroes, in a wave, turning them from Slarg and slowing their movement speed.

Blindness (passive)
From living in the dark for his entire terrible existence, Slarg has no eyes, but has honed his senses, allowing him to feel the vibrations of his enemies at great distance. This gives him true sight in small circle around him, and increased distance of regular sight.

Ultimate
Consume
Swallows a hero unit (ally or enemy) whole, taking them out of play for 4 seconds. Slarg can still move with a hero inside of him.

If an enemy is swallowed, Slarg can opt to digest them (skill that appears next to ulti) dealing massive damage (he cannot move while digesting).

If the hero is killed while inside Slarg, he digests them, gaining size and strength but loses movement speed - until death (stackable for up to 4 heroes). Upon consuming and digesting a fifth hero, Slarg explodes, killing himself, but dealing huge damage and slowing all enemies in a large aoe.

When the time runs out Slarg vomits back out what he swallowed, damaging them if they are an enemy. If enemy units are in the vicinity of where slarg vomits they are slowed.

Slarg can only consume a hero with less hp than himself.

Slarg could save allied heroes who on the verge of dying by swallowing them and retreating. If Slarg is killed with an allied hero inside of him the hero takes a percentage of Slarg's total health as damage. The hero is not vomited out, and is slowed.

The time a hero can be inside of Slarg, and the number of heroes he can consume before exploding are increased by leveling up his ulti.

Any changes, tweaks, suggestions and/or help with the numbers(coolown, aoe, damage etc) would be much appreciated.

I like Gluttony, it lets him escape by reducing his own HP, which is quite a unique mechanism I must say. Maybe you should add an active that let's him consume enemy creeps for a percentage of its remaining HP.

Vomit synergises well with Gluttony, and can be used for both chasing and escaping.

Maybe Terrorize can be called "Toxic Belch" and let him make a loud burp sound when he uses the skill XD

His Blindness passive should give off a 'wave' every 3 seconds in a 1800/1900/2000/2100 radius around you (like a sonar), and enemies that come in contact with the wave will be revealed for 1 second, even if they are in the fog. To compensate for the buff, his day vision can be reduced to 1400. His night vision, however, should be higher than normal, maybe 1400 as well.

Comsume looks like an annoying skill, and eating a Faceless Void would change the outcome of the entire teamfight. Digest also let's him deal massive nuke damage to the Consumed hero and also to a large area around him after digesting a fifth hero, at the cost of his life. Very unique mechanic.

I could help you with some of the numbers, but I cannot guarantee that it will be balanced. Still, better to have numbers than not.
