So with the changes that arrived today I recognized that you can increase your win rate on databuff by disabling your match history sharing in DotA before the game ends( if you're losing that game) or leave it enabled(if you're winning that game) as dotabuff records matches that ended after enabling history sharing. I didn't try it actually (and will not probably), but think it's possible.
Also there's one change. If you abandon a game, but your team wins that game, It's still recorded as a lost game in your history.

People say that unrecorded games when settings was off do catch up after some time when it's turned on.

I actually checked it. And yes, it's possible. I turned off history sharing before one of my lost games ended, and it didn't appear in my dotabuff profile.

Yep. It took me about a week before I reenabled my stat tracking, and it kept all my games. I didn't enable/disable in the middle of a game, though, so I don't know.
