Let's come up with a MMR formula

Hi guys, as you might have read in 2 other topics, I created a site, which calculates some statistics for you, including K/D and (K+A)/D, for those statmaniacs out there :)

The newest thing I implemented is the VPR rating (VeRychard's Player Rating) which helps you to compare yourself to others and/or the average.

But the main question is, what do you think about the current formula, or how would you think could I (we) make it more reliable, and indicate properly
- the value of a player including the support players
- as well and the ones who have just played a few games with good stats compared to the ones who have more matches with same good 'stats'
- also the participation of the fights, / (K+A)/D would be the indicator of this, but ppl tend to say that omniknights won't benefit from this IYKWIM/
?

the current formula is : (1000+(((won_matches / (match_count) *100)* total_kda* 1.5) + (won_matches - lost_matches)))

I'm thinking of adding GPM or denies, lasthits to it as well.
