I have to say that my favorite combo has to be

Axe + Warlock for the linked based destruction with a continual heal :P

For me the ultimate early game combo is Ursa + Rhasta.

Hmm, Earthsaker and Wisp, had a surprisingly amazing game teleporting with es all over the map for hilarious ganks.

But I would say, silencer with warlock/QoP/ Phantom Assasin/ Venomancer/ Meepo/ Naga/ disruptor/ CM/ Viper/ and my favorite.... Axe.

Curse of the silent is so great in my opinion.
