It's unfortunate for the lag, however how are you guys enjoying the stream so far? Do you like what DotA2 has presented so far?

I definitely think the game is a lot easier to see now - for people viewing DotA2 for the first time, you can easily see what things are happening. It's less dark but it still keeps the feel from the original.

The stream is having an overwhelming amount of users connecting to watch, which is why the games are lagging and the stream is getting cut off. There is even such an overwhelming amount of users on playdota that the website has timed out itself.

OK.Nirvana.Int vs OK.Nirvana.CN has just finished, Nirvana.Int taking a 3-0 lead alongside EHOME. I cannot comment on what happened in the game due to stream issues :P

Virus and Mineski.Infinity are out of the tournament now, both taking 0/3 scores. It was a good effort by them though, definately gave the teams a run for the position to get through to day2.

DotA2 stream now using Own3d software. Streams should be going more smoother now in the upcoming games.

Yup I'm happy with how EHOME has been doing 3-0 good start.

Night stalker so powerful now, I think Beastmaster is just a deadweight to the team right now - he's so far behind and he isn't contributing to fights anymore.

I think Drow is causing problems too - she's been in 1 fight now.

Yeah I agree, beast master isn't doing much and nightstalker is just disrupting

I just think MYM got too far behind and just couldn't do anything to make up for it - they had 3 super under-leveled people who were just feeding and nothing would be able to change to make them not feed.

Next Game: Na`Vi vs Scythe.SG

Lag issues have mostly been fixed now - there was only 2 hiccups during the last game initially. I'll edit this post with bans and picks when the match begins.

Bans:

Na`Vi: Anti-Mage, Spectre, Shadows Shaman, Earthshaker
Scythe: Punga, Beastmaster, Night Stalker, Tidehunter

Picks:

Na`Vi: Ancient Apparition, Chen, Furion, Mirana, Slardar
Scythe: Windrunner, Sven, Venomancer, Storm Spirit, Leshrac

Counter bans, specialised bans, some strongest picks for their members... A lot of thought by Scythe for their picks and bans, using all their bonus time. Should be interesting!

Na`Vi massive early advantage, and they are so co-ordinated they are counter ganking their ganks and coming out on top.

That powershot miss cost them a kill though.
