Have you ever really considered that the combined life regen and % magic resist effect of the strength stat were really just too much? Especially when considering that a % resistance of any kind with a higher life pool is really just too convenient of a synergy when all you have to do is get tranquility boots to capitalize on the power....

There's a confusion here.... and I think that it is between the way that regeneration has been separated between str and int in their apparently proper stat relation and also of what defensive element int would actually had if it had one.

At first thought you would think that magic damage block would be the right element. But the key problem here is how unnecessary and mindlessly mirrored that is. Its suppose to contribute to the benefit of the counter system and in this counter system, ranged heroes that make up most of the class are getting a lesser block with the assumption that their defensive element is in place.... Life Regen

It's so simple but it's so obvious in relation to how things have always been with nerfed block for ranged, and the further progression of the game in to additional movement speed for agility.

Block + Regen is the basic counter to attack speed showing the truth of the rock paper scissors counter sytem.

But if life regen is taken away from strength, then how would str get their quality back? Answer: magic block which would be better early game and not as great late game. Sure a bonus damage would be interesting along side this, but if a bonus damage was working in synergy with % enhanced damage effects then I'm pretty sure that an attack slow effect would also need be in place.

I'm hopeful and optimistic however that the simplest and best way for the stat effects can be achieved though.

One more quick point while this is up here...

This also solves the lack of quality usefulness of blademail on int heroes with blademail being an int item by its component definition.

The life regen effect of int would render the blade mail to blade mail counter system as hugely more reasonable, stopping it from becoming a suicide mission for most of these squishy nuker ints and the hope of utilizing some remaining regenerating life for a blade mail cast in return.

And that's the gospel truth.... the holy trinity has been disgraced.

Just to show that I have included this work in the potential criticism of warcraft 3.....

https://us.forums.blizzard.com/en/warcraft3/t/the-failure-of-e-sport-quality-aggression-especially-ne/22471

And to counter the weak argument or consideration that intelligence should provide life regen as opposed to strength as a moot point....

This is also a problem along side another problem which is that the ghost scepter does not stay active and starts to drain mana so long as the hero remains still. Note: intel heroes having more mana to extend more time but also having the life regen factor on top of it.

Which adds up to... a critical defensive form on intelligence that was never implemented in to the game along side a medusa hero who has a mana defensive form (shield) and was originally an intelligence hero in warcraft 3 WHO HAD MANA SHIELD.

A big fat SLAP IN THE FACE to the intelligence class to THEIR STYLE of durability....

Don't let these big companies troll you by setting you up for toxicity and then allowing you to report for toxicity....

They just want to keep you an emotionally broken and upset person so that you end up less successful and poorer in life so that you continue to play a free to play game.

Note: until this change is implemented in to the game, the squishy intel support role will forever be pushed in to a build that simply works better and more properly on other classes such as strength.
