New Evasion Effect

15% Evasion and -15% armor loss

And.... + 15 % block chance (if have shield)

Same cost

In further thinking about this, I've been trying to fix evasion for the intel class for years, when it seems it becomes confused with the concept of agility....

This whole time I've been deceived in to thinking that evasion or some kind of pseudo auto cast intelligent ghost scepter was the answer.....

When maybe the answer has always been that...

For any hero whos intelligence has surpassed his other two stats should gain the ability to go invisible at a stand still (like shadow amulet)

Except at the cost of mana burn.... (properly valued)

Why? Because the intel class concept is so damn Ill....

Agility (Weapons, Carry)
Strength (Initiation, Blade Mail)

Intel
Nukers? a few
Utility? a few
Support? a few healers : /
Nothing that the other classes don't have perse
And they have Low health and Low armor

To be honest, I'd like to see both changes

Evasion broadened, Invisibility Reliable
