Charge is target + aoe

The aoe is that there must be an allied hero around the target with in so many yards in order to charge

Let me clarify and finalize what I mean by that...

You have like 9 different roles for heroes

Then you have like 3 different kinds of wards if you consider gem even a ward

Only 3 different kinds of wards supports primitive design as if everything is just rock paper scissors when we all know dota is beyond that

Conclusion: 6 different kinds of wards is clearly better then 3... even if it is not 9 just for the sake staying consistent to classification patterns through out the game

On the other hand, it's amazing how good a Eul's can shut an sb down and foil his plans

Why not allow for one use of say, Eul's, so long as you have the recipe for it... and the recipe gets used up and you have to re-purchase it if you do use it....
