By right you should get mask and echo sabre because the two items synergise well together then get blink and bkb.

I just thought it would be kinda redundant to get both since 's double-strike is usually meant for heroes with low attack speed. Although, I've realized that what I could do is get first for faster farming speed and then just disassemble it later for for teamfight purposes. Will edit this into the guide
