Magnus bugged ? How can he skewer everyone to fountain ?

From 52 second ! Magnus use some trick to skewer every one of enemy team to the fountain , and easy game for him !
How can it's be fair ? Why valve does not fix it ?

Magnus skewer take anyone on his path to anywhere that magnus lands ! So if magnus suddenly changes his location using some abilities like Io ult's, or Chen sending him back to base while magnus is still carrying the enemies, they will be brought to fountain together. The samething occures with Pudge hooks ! You can see Dendi's fountain hooks in the international competitions. So it's not a bug ! It's just abusing the game mechanics.

I thought that the Pudge hook glitch where he used hook and force staffed back into the fountain was fixed a long time ago.
