Lord Viscom the Elder Dragon

Lord Viscom is one of the surviving elder dragons that reside in the high mountain ranges, watching over the lives and the conflicts of the lesser species elsewhere throughout the world. Though the dragons are superior to the other races in many ways, they are still known to have respect and even show empathy to them from time to time. Viscom however, has never been seen showing empathy for any other kind of creature, and only rarely has he done so with his own kind. He seems to lack many strong emotions, he is cold and calculating but has an unmatched level of ambition to become stronger in every possible way, and as a result he has progressed to become one of the strongest battle mages within the ranks of dragon warriors. He displayed great aptitude at advanced magic, learning to dominate the minds of opponents, and quickly mastering the ferocious physical strength and powerful magic breath most notable to dragon kind. Since he recently became of age to hold the title 'elder' he was expected to go on a pilgrimage to meet the leaders of the lesser races as a symbolic gesture of respect and acknowledgment from the faction of elder dragons. The order of elder dragons were concerned with where Viscom would travel, who he planned to meet and what he meant to do when he met the other races. Many people were worried that he would insult and manipulate leaders of the lesser races, causing conflicts between them or that he would make a show of his own force, endeavoring on a genocidal crusade simply to demonstrate dominance through power.
Due to the over sight and great surprise of many, he traveled straight to the front lines of the conflict between the Radient and Dire, keen to demonstrate his abilities and make a name for himself as Lord Viscom the elder dragon battle mage. The quest for domination through power is the major trait that the Dire have which drew Lord Viscom to join their cause. There is little need or even expectation for the members of the Dire to show concern for one another, caring only to become the strongest and to crush the enemy, and this suits Viscom just fine.
The play style of Lord Viscom is a melee caster, capable of dealing significant magic and physical damage.

The debuff increases all damage the enemy takes from Viscom for a short duration. The debuff stacks and refreshes with each new application. Elder Fire can be disjointed and is canceled if the enemy moves out of range. Provides minor vision around the target for the duration of Elder Fire.

][R] Elder Mastery

Viscom demonstrates his supreme mastery over his control of dragon magic, gaining charges of energy over time that enhance his form and other abilities. These energy charges are represented by orbs of power orbiting around Viscom, they cannot be dispelled, although being silence stops Viscom from being able to use or gain more charges. Each time he uses an ability or attacks from ranged stance(the initial attack, not the DoT effect), he consumes one of these charges to empower that action, causing it to additionally deal a percentage of its damage in a small aoe around the effected target. He can gain new charges by attacking in melee form or simply waiting for the recharge timer to proc. The charges passively enhance his base stats, increasing all of them by a flat amount per charge. 1 orb will be consumed each time an ability or ranged attack deals damage, this is an automatic effect and the player has no way of stopping this effect other than using melee attacks or avoiding other offensive moves.
