Hi Dota fire,

Recently Ive become aware that my hot-key layout is garbage, and I havent even been using the hotkeys correctly.

I wrote a brief guide to run newbies through the process of setting up hotkeys that will work well. We all know its much easier to stick with the same hot-keys from the beginning.

If you are a more advanced player, this probably wont help you much. But I have played quite a few games, and I have recently picked up a few tricks I never would have though to use.

Let me know if you learnt anything, or if there is something you would like to add.

Regards,

Looks cool, will definitely help newbies who read this

Although, i think you might have mistyped your "force-attack" command as R, which is used for your ultimate. i believe you either meant "alt-R" or "A".

Also, where do you put your two extra abilities? for heroes like doom or kotl who have more than 4 skills, the other two skills are usualy put in "D" and "F"

One last thing to take note is that some players use mouses that have extra buttons, like my cheap $20 logitech gaming mouse. I bind my "quickbuy" and "buy sticky" on my mouse, freeing up space on my keyboard. not everybody will have one, but i think it's worth mentioning since it makes your life much easier.

Thanks, I have fixed that typo. It should have been "A", I use my mouse for the extra keys. Ill update the guide when I finish.

Thanks a bunch for your feedback :)
