Lore:
In the highlands, many tribes and villages scatter the mountainous area, many of them have special arts and crafts that they specialize at. At the Zephyrian Village, they have mastered the art of wind control, many tourists visited the fabled village, the village was flourishing and the people led peaceful lives. Yet, as years pass, the village was slowly forgotten, the people became less active, the art of control over the winds was slowly forgotten. In the village, a young lady was running around the village streets, she was once again caught playing pranks on the village people. On the almost lifeless faces of the villagers, she stood out. With a loud laugh, she ran through the village as fast as the wind. In a attempt to hide from the village guards, she stumbled upon a old forgotten library. As she went inside, a strange wind was gently touching her skin, as she picked up a old book: The Zephyrian Grimoire. She read it eagerly, as she went outside, she heard the meek voice of the wind, all the secrets the wind has swept was poured out on her. She had learned that this was what made the village famous a long time ago. Compared to the unchanging lifeless expressions of the villagers now, she was determined to see how all the villagers smiled long ago. Deeply saddened at the fate of her village, she vowed to bring back the life to her old village, she set out to show the whole world the fabled winds of the Zephyrian's Pride: the Art of Mastery over the Skies.

There are some grammar mistakes that if corrected would improve readability...
But the hero seems like a funny concept.
She can be extremly active and won't stand still for a second so that ties in really well with her lore.
But I feel like she could be really overpowered I mean look at Puck.
Taking this fairy-dragon-thingy down is a (midsummer) nightmare. But this hero as actually so much more mobility and forced movement for enemies that she could just be impossible to take down.
And forced movement on enemies is so strong...think Batrider. He was nerfed so many times and he is still so damm strong because he has the ability to move someone.
tl;dr: I like the concept but I am afraid it would be op.

Thanks michimatsch, edited the lore and the ability descriptions and nerfed some spells regarding movement speed.
Zephyr's Dash dash range decreased from 320 to 300
Flurry movespeed bonus decreased from 10%/15%/20%/25% to 15%
Tailwind movespeed bonus decreased from 25% to 15%
Wind Orb movespeed bonus decreased from 100%(aghs:125%) to 75%(aghs:100%)

Edit: Also sorry for bad english(not a native speaker here, its actually my 4th language :P, also that pun tho.)
