Dude, aghs, blink and skadi. Half your items don't do much for luna's right clicks. You will need bkb often to prevent chain stuns, leaving boots and one damage item, plus moon shard.

What we end up with is a super tanky caster who can right click. You have tons of Hp and quite a bit of armour from your stat gains and items, and you can kite and chase enemies easily with skadi. Your ultimate absolutely destroys teams if positioned well, but you don't deal the amount of right click damage that you would have if you went for more damage oriented builds.

Can we at least agree that Luna is the perfect candidate to get an Aghs from Alchemist? I've been thinking that since 6.84.

Also, I usually have a little trouble deciding what to build on her. I want Travels, Manta, BKB, Aghs, Skadi, Satanic, Butterfly, MKB, Hurricane Pike, and a consumed Moon Shard. Most of the time I forfeit Skadi, Aghs and Pike. If BKB is useless in a given game I build Aghs instead, but that's all. It kinds of hurts.

These three items are the first I build in every Overthrow match, though.

Main issue of aghs Luna is the downtime, the ult has 140 cooldown and Aghs does not reduce it, so i guess one way to play luna is building Refresher Orb and Octarine Core and reducing downtime,
also having a tank offlane with high crowd control ( Faceless Void and Tidehunter comes to mind) and ult on them so enemy team should try to focus then instead of you.

Well, just think aghs alone dont worth it, i would prefer to build right click items and Defensive itens

so it would be or Bots aghs Refresh orb Octarine Core Scythe of Vyse and Lotus Orb, or it would be Hurricane Pike Bots Satanic Black King Bar Buttlerfly Manta Style.

I have been meaning to play her.
So is there any general consensus on the build and ability spread?

there's the normal old school build, which is what i use, there is dimony's aghs blink skadi build, and there is the new guy melphina's dps focused build for item progression.

For ability builds there is mostly only one main build, which is 4-0-2-1 by level 7, and maxing glaives then her E after that, in that order. A slight variation exists, which is 4-0-1-1, saving the point to max glaives when you need it, after the laning phase, so that you can have level 4 glaives by level 10 instead of 12(or 11 if you skip the ulti)

Oh and there is the trolling pushing build, where you go 0-4-4-0 into stats all the way, and go full dps mode with no spells.

You need to be a bit more explaining. You see , I haven't played Luna correctly.
And the only build I have ever made is treads aquila drums Yamaha, that too in 6.82.

Standard Luna item progression:

Aquila - Treads - helm - yasha - bkb - manta - butterfly - satanic - damage/aghs - moon shard

Drums before helm used to be fine, but not after the nerf.

Dimony's guide: http://www.dotafire.com/dota-2/guide/a-full-guide-to-luna-moonfang-6-87-22341

Melphina's guide: http://www.dotafire.com/dota-2/guide/luna-the-wind-rider-extreme-dps-build-for-version-6-88-24895

I believe I made the skill build pretty clear, it's a matter of preference more than effeciency.

This is all there is in terms of item progression and skill build, which is what you asked for. If you want a "how to play Luna", then I suggest to take a look at the guides, it will be a long post if I want to describe the details of that, and guides basically say that same thing.

Okay, thanks for pointing me to the guides. She looks pretty much the same to me.
