I haven't seen any Sniper nor Troll Warlord at all in competitive since the last patches, so that's what I meant. I'm not sure either they have a consistent build ( Hurricane Pike seems underwhelming), but you will know better than me, I don't play either :)

My point, connected to what Safe meant too: how do we know if a hero is garbage or not? Probably the same way you see if the hero migh be considered OP or not: you look at numbers from the game that might help you, such as the heroes pick and winrate. If the winrate is garbage, I think it's safe to assume the hero also is so; if it's not, maybe the hero isn't so bad. This is just an aspect of the thing, you can naturally say "the numbers don't automatically mean that" or "there are other conclusions that can be drawn just as easily from them". I agree. These numbers are just another way we use to theorise about this matter.

Notice that all of this is theory, ofc, there could be no other way, that's what we are doing theorising, there isn't any book of right and wrong concerning our opinions on this.

So, I think, from looking at this numbers, that there are maybe three possible explanations for what is happening to PA: She isn't that bad (winrate just as good as some other completely ok heroes), but she is rarely picked because a) She is situational more now than ever (one aspect of my theory); b) People don't feel she's a safe pick or like Hamster think she is garbage (I think this perception plays an important part in pick rates); c) People simply don't like to play the hero (as opposed to heroes such as Pudge, and I don't think this idea is right, so I bet on the other two).

"Her winrate is bad but not completely in the dumpster? It's the 22th worst and not the 3rd worst after Arc warden and Techies like where it should be IMO? The stats just show that the hero is bad and not completely garbage? With the possible error due to her low-ish pick rate and how small the 5K+ bracket is in number?" - Exaclty. Since you started this thread saying she was complete garbage, and that's where I disagree. I do agree the hero is not in a very bright place, but notice that the low pick rate might have the explanations I said above, and where it's bigger (pubs) the hero is doing fine. Besides above 5k we're always talking about a low number of games indeed, we know that, we still look at it though for what it might tell us, it might as well be "her pickrate is too low to show us she sucks" or "her pickrate, despite low, still shows us she's not garbage".

Like I said above though, I would like her to be changed somehow, to see more of her. But like you guys said in other threads, that's a problem that befalls other heroes too...
