Hi!

I am looking for teammates who can show me how that whole game works and
what i am doing wrong.

I played about 20-30 hours now.
Mostly with Tiny, Loan Druid, Livestealer, Stormspirit and Riki.

I think you should learn this guide, it pretty much explains all the basic of DotA 2.

Watching live streams of the professional teams playing will also help, learn tricks, see heroes in action, remember their moves, etc. You can find live streams and matches on www.joindota.com

Also, there are a lot of great videos by DotaCinema that will help you, I will post here some.

In-depth explanation of each role
How to last hit, why it's important, timing, etc.
What's roaming and ganking and how to do them
What's pulling, why it's useful, how to do it, timing
