Something I came up with. Feel free to post suggestions and criticism. Any spot with "???" needs to be filled in, and I welcome suggestions.
My thinking was to create an extremely squishy AA-Carry that lacks an escape mechanism, but punishes enemies for focusing you. I've also been yearning for a new INT-carry, so here's my way of venting it.
The autocast skill basically has no information other than it's an autocast.
I think the nuke is overpowered. Too much damage, low cooldown, and pure, so it ignores Magic Resistance.
The ultimate is pretty situational in my opinion. You'll never use it if you don't die. Maybe change it so that once you take a certain amount of damage, it activates?
The AoE skill is basically a second nuke. As I said, your first nuke was really powerful, so I think combined with this will make the hero very nuke-based, and maybe a little OP.
I see this guy being played as basically a second Tinker, due to his 2 nukes. Therefore, I think the other 2 skills would be ineffective on such a hero. An autocast would provide DPS, but not inflict inflict damage fast enough. The ultimate is, as I said, very situational.

The auto-cast is a concept atm, as said one post up, I'm looking for some input for ideas. The nuke is a solid fifth of a single target's HP, keyword "single" target I don't find it overpowered in the least. The AoE is CC orientated, not a nuke; the damage is spread over 7 seconds. I also don't see how the ult is situational, you're the carry, it is not a reward system for dying it is to avoid being focused and you can proc it when low life with your 1st ability; denying yourself and creating an AoE nuke.
The hero itself will have mana problems, and will not be able to spam all these early, or even mid game. I think you're seeing this as an infinite mana pot, but as with most int carries you do have to manage your mana quite well. I'm not gonna say you're wrong, because you do have valid points, but it looks like you're interpreting the abilities separately and don't understand the full kit.
You do have extremely high damage output, but you also suffer in many categories:
* Squishy
* No escape mechanism
* Minor CC
* Decent mana pool at best
* Below average movement speed
